Shipping Timeframe

We ship all online orders placed during normal business hours within 48 hours from the time order was submitted.  Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the very next business day.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping & Handling charges vary with shipping destination and products ordered. Your total will include the products ordered, shipping and handling, and sales tax, if applicable.

Shipping Companies

We use DHL ground services as our standard courier. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. Please provide the physical address where you are available to sign for the package.  

 Return/Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), you may contact us within 7 days after receipt of your order. You can call us at 1-866-582-3559 and let us know the reason why you want to return your order.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Every order we ship is 100% guaranteed to arrive at your door intact. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the product(s) in its original carton within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly issue a credit to your credit card for the product's price upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  (Freight charges won't be refunded.)

Late Delivery: If you're returning merchandise because it was delivered late even if we shipped it within the specified 48 hours, your credit card will be credited for the amount of merchandise only. We are not responsible for carriers' late deliveries.
